MEMBERSHIP
To vote at the AGM, you need to have renewed your Muskoka Pride membership.  To run for a Board position, you need to have renewed your membership 30 days before the AGM (for this year, that is October 6th)

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Corporation of Muskoka Pride Community will be held on
Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM
at Bracebridge United Church (46 Dominion St, Bracebridge)

The AGM will be held for the purpose of:
  • Receipt and consideration of Officer reports
  • Receipt and consideration of financial statements
  • Elections of members of the Board of Directors
  • Approving the proposed By-Law amendments  (none in 2025)
  • Consideration of any motion(s) introduced by the Voting Members in accordance with the By-Laws.
  • Such other business as may come before the meeting and which the Members under applicable law are authorized to transact.

The inaugural 2025-26 Board Meeting will immediately follow the AGM. The Executive members will be elected at the Board meeting. Spectator are invited to attend the Board meeting as guests.​​

Muskoka Pride has openings on our Board of Directors.  We are looking for dedicated individuals interested in becoming more involved in the running of our organization. 

Do you have skills that could help Muskoka Pride? 
Time commitment is approximately 2-6 hours a month (higher during the Muskoka Pride Week in July).
